Do I need to maintain my own server?
No. You just need a login for a Jellyfin server, whether that's one you run yourself or one someone else has shared with you. If you're setting up your own, Jellyfin's setup docs walk through it.
Is Seerr required?
No. Seerr is completely optional, for request management. See Seerr's setup docs if you want to add it to an existing Jellyfin server.
My server won't connect, what do I do?
If you're the admin for the server in question, Jellyfin's and Seerr's docs and communities are the best place to dig in. If it turns out to be a JamJarr bug, we'd like to hear about it.
I'm not the server admin, what do I do if it won't connect?
Reach out to whoever manages the server first as they may need to check its configuration.
Is JamJarr on the App Store?
Not yet. It's still in development and should be available soon!
